Desiring a change- A vote takes you a step closer

To one who knows the right thing to do and does not do it, to him it is a sin (James 4:17)

Can you say abdicating your vote is a display of love? If no, then why do you choose not vote.

As a child of God, you're consistently commanded to seek the welfare of others around you. Seek the welfare of the city where I have sent you into exile (Jeremiah 29:17). One of the ways of seeking the welfare of Nigeria is by voting, noninvolvement in our electoral process would be contrary to what God's word says.

Take a minute to ask yourself if you're doing what's best for other believers by choosing not to vote.

Not voting is a form of voting as it will tell influence the outcome, we need to rake responsibly for our actions likewise our lack of actions.
In 4 days, Nigerians will be going to the polls to cast their vote, to decide for the nation, if we choose not to vote because we're Christians, how then do we allow God to work through us and put who He (God) wants in the office.

Voting is a simple yet significant way to participate in deciding for our nation. As Edmund Burke said 'All that is required for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing'.

I implore you to not take this privilege for granted as we won't see another in another four years.

Voting shows that we submit to the authority of the political system in our nation as commanded by God in Romans 13:1-7 Not only do you have the 'right' to vote for what us right, when you vote, you have the 'duty' to vote for what is right.
