The New Seraph has announced plans for the 7th edition of its flagship spiritual gathering, Night of Divine Experience (NODE 7.0), scheduled to hold from Wednesday, August 13 to Friday, August 15, 2025, at The New Seraph Prayer City, Ode Remo, Ogun State.

This year’s edition, tagged the Centenary Edition, coincides with the 100th anniversary of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church and is themed “God of Perfection”, drawn from Psalm 138:8.

Speaking at a press conference on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, the Founder of The New Seraph, Her Grace Iya Aladura General Dr. Oluwaseye Yomi-Sholoye JP, said the three-day event is expected to draw over 300,000 worshippers from across Nigeria and abroad.

“Our mission remains soul winning and populating God’s Kingdom. This special edition marks a significant milestone as we celebrate 100 years of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church,” she said.

The programme will feature a packed schedule of prayers, seminars, revival sessions, musical performances, youth empowerment events, and Bible quizzes, running from morning through night.

Among the high-profile ministers scheduled to attend are Prophet Israel Oladele Ogundipe (Genesis), Bishop Babatunde Samuel JP (Sotitobire), Apostle Deborah Ojubiyi JP, Laolu Gbenjo, King Segun Ajidara, Evangelist Segun Omo Alafin, and the New Seraph Mass Choir, among others.

To ensure accessibility, the ministry has arranged over 300 BRT buses in Lagos and thousands of interstate buses, all free of charge, to transport attendees to and from the venue. For global participants, the event will be streamed live on The New Seraph’s social media channels and other Seraph media platforms.

While welcoming the press, the Chairman of the National Executive Council of The New Seraph, Apostle Yemi Iyun, urged members not to come alone but to bring others to encounter “the God of Perfection.”

Beyond the spiritual focus, Dr. Yomi-Sholoye used the platform to address Nigeria’s socio-economic challenges. She called on political leaders to embrace righteousness, accountability, and people-centred governance.

“Our nation is in pain. The Church will not be silent. We demand leaders who serve with integrity and create real opportunities for the youth,” she said, quoting Proverbs 14:34: “Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to any people.”

She urged government officials to take urgent action on inflation, electricity and fuel affordability, youth unemployment, and transparent leadership

“Let us be the moral compass for our society. The time for fake politics is over. The Church will continue to speak truth to power,” she declared.

In her closing remarks, Dr. Yomi-Sholoye invited the public and the media to attend the grand finale of NODE 7.0 on Friday, August 15, 2025, from 6:00 PM till dawn, describing it as “an atmosphere of God’s perfection.”
