CSMC Clarifies Leadership Transition, Affirms Official Enthronement for September 20
Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide, Ayo Ni O, has refuted circulating reports claiming that Prophet Dr. Emmanuel Abiodun Adewale Alogbo has already assumed the role of Supreme Head (Olori) of the Cherubim and Seraphim Unification Church of Nigeria.
In a statement issued on Saturday, August 9, 2025, from the Office of the Spiritual Father, the Church reaffirmed that His Most Eminence, Prophet (Dr.) Solomon Adegboyega Alao, remains the active and current Supreme Head of the Unification Church.
“We follow a divine and orderly process, and no change in leadership has been officially executed at this time,” the statement emphasized.
Addressing the confusion caused by recent misinformation, the Church confirmed that the Enthronement and Anointing of Prophet Dr. Emmanuel Abiodun Adewale Alogbo as the next Supreme Head will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at Seraphim Land, Moba City, along the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, as earlier announced.
The Secretary General of the Church, Snr. Special Apostle Prophet (Dr.) Anthony Olusesan Samaye, urged members, the media, and the public to disregard unfounded reports and to “respect the official process of the Church.”
“This is a time for unity and celebration, not misinformation. We appreciate your cooperation in upholding the dignity of the Church and its leadership,” he added.
