Prophet Abidoye, An Outstanding and committed servant of God - Peter Obi.
The presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the 2023 general election, Peter Obi, has mourned the spiritual head of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church, Prophet Samuel Adefila Abidoye.
In his statement, on his X handle, He described Prophet Abidoye as an outstanding committed servant of God.
Obi's post read, "I have just received the sad news of the passing on of the Spiritual Father and Chairman of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide, Prophet Samuel Adefila Abidoye, at the age of 103.
Prophet Abidoye was an outstanding committed servant of God who touched millions of lives positively across the nation and beyond.
His death has left a big vacuum, not just in his denomination, the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide, but in the entire Christendom and our nation Nigeria.
I commiserate with the entire Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide, the Christian Association of Nigeria, the government, and the people of Kwara State over his irreplaceable loss. May God who called him home, grant him eternal rest. -PO
