Moses Orimolade University Set to Commence Operations in 2026 — Rev. Esther Ajayi

Moses Orimolade University, Omu aran, Kwara State is projected to begin academic operations by 2026, according to Rev. Mother Esther Ajayi, Chairperson of the C&S Centenary Anniversary Central Working Committee.
Rev. Ajayi, who is also the Founder of the Love of Christ Church, Lagos, disclosed this on the sidelines of the C&S Centenary Lecture held in Lagos. She noted that the university project, which is already 80 percent complete, represents a landmark achievement that underscores the church’s commitment to human development as it marks 100 years of existence.
She explained that the institution would help mould future leaders, especially at a time when moral values are in decline. “The university will be a buffer against amoral behaviours, instilling in students the value orientation required to advance society,” she said.
Ajayi added that the C&S Church has always championed holiness and would ensure the same principles reflect in the character formation of students. She emphasised that the church was establishing institutions and structures to strengthen its global mission and bridge-building efforts.
“A renewed C&S inspires generations and the global community to rediscover its roots and promote true human service,” she said.
“We are also looking at taking the gospel to Europe and the West. Schools are where we groom bold minds who can preach, evangelise, and confront the growing anomalies threatening humanity.”
