Elder Oluwole Awotuyi receives Award of Excellence, charges employers to prioritize workers’ welfare
The Chairman of Diamond 88.7FM, Senior Special Apostle Oluwole Awotuyi has charged employers to work towards the regular and prompt payment of staff salaries.
Awotuyi made the call today in Ilorin while receiving an award of excellence from Imole Irawo Owuro Band, Surulere District Headquarters of Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church
Awotuyi, who is also the founder of TUYI Pharmaceutical stressed that when employers do not delay the payment of their staff wages it puts smiles on their faces and enhances productivity.
He explained that paying them their salary on time would enable them to take care of their immediate family and meet other needs.
Speaking at the same event, the Leader of the delegation, Most Senior Apostle Oluwasegun Kutelu said the award was in recognization of Awotuyi's service to God, the Church, and humanity.
Awotuyi dedicated the award he bagged to God Almighty ‘who owns everything’ and pledged to continue to do more for humanity.
The industrialist also admonished the Band members to love each other and advised Nigerians to always give adoration to God for his grace over them and to succeed in life.
