C&S SET TO HOLD 94TH ANNIVERSARY
All is set for the annual Seraphim Day anniversary holding on Saturday September 14, 2019 at the Seraphim Land, Kilometer 40, Lagos Expressway, Maba, Ogun State.
The C&S, the first Pentecostal church in Sub Sahara Africa was registered in 1925 by the greatest Prophet from Africa, St. Moses Orimolade Tunolase.
A statement by the Chief PRO of the C & S Unification Church of Nigeria, Apostle Muyiwa Adeyemi Jpil, said the anniversary which commemorates the establishment of the fold in September 9, 1925 had since been observed in the month of September every year.
In what passes for an annual homecoming, Seraphim Day brings together both young and old Seraphs from across the world as they gather to pray and worship God for the growth and continual existence of the church.
This year's edition is tagged: "Be Of Good Cheer. It Is I Be Not Afraid."
It will be hosted by the Supreme Head, His Most Eminence Prophet (Dr) Solomon Adegboyega Alao JPIL.
The Chief Image Maker of the church quoted the chairperson of the Planning Committee, Snr Apostolic Mother Bose Bakare to have said that all is set to make the anniversary a unique one and a preparation for the centenary anniversary of the church.
