C & S Members Win Editor and Features Writer of the Year Award at NMMA
The 31st edition of the Nigeria Media Merit Award (NMMA) has crowned two members of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church as winners: Seraphs Adedayo Oketola and Olamide Famuwagun.The event was held on Sunday at the Shell Grand Functions Hall of the MUSON Centre, Onikan, Lagos.
The Dele Giwa Prize for Editor of the Year was awarded to Seraph Oketola, Editor of Punch Newspapers, a member of the Cherubim and Seraphim Bible Ministry, while the Abubakar Imam Prize for Newspaper Features Writer of the Year was awarded to Seraph Famuwagun, a member of the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church, Zion branch, Ojodu. The award was also for the Punch Newspapers with the story, “Otto Ilogbo: Lagos slum where parents lament children’s mysterious disappearances.”
They are both vibrant members of the church, with notable impact in the C&S media space. On this note, your congratulatory messages are warmly welcome.
